I saw a article on First Rate in the paper, yes a print version 🤣, and decided to try them for my A/C and heating system. I liked their website and scheduling was very painless. They called me within one hour after placing the request online. Communication with the service call was "First Rate". They kept my updated with texts and email every step of the way. The tech, James, was very professional, courteous, and informative He took pictures of everything he did for possible later reference and to show the work was actually done. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again 👍👍.

Jake and the First Rate Team did an absolutely phenomenal job on my full house re-pipe job. They scheduled me quickly, gave me a fair price, and had their team continuously working until my house was finished. They were also very clean and took the time to be as non-intrusive as possible. I highly recommend them!

First Rate came to my home to check why my heater would not function. He ascertained pretty quickly that it was my thermostat. He replaced it. It took approximately 1.5 hrs, I being generous here, even with going to the store to buy electrical cord. The total cost was over $700.00, - Almost $300 for thermostat, $300 to install, $85.00 for store run and the rest taxes. I just feel that was a little too high. I found the exact same thermostat on Amazon for $122. By the way the Technician was very good and professional.
